• Hajeera Shabreen, Principal of Mountcrest Academy, is a distinguished educator with extensive academic and professional qualifications. She holds a B.Sc. degree from Mysore University and a B.Ed. from R.V. Teachers College, Bangalore, with a specialization in Chemistry and Biology.

• With over 12 years of teaching experience, including 10 dedicated years at Mountcrest Academy, Hajeera has demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic expertise. She is a certified IGCSE teacher, trained by Pearson Edexcel, UK, and has also worked with Rhiza Academy before joining Mountcrest.

• Her vast experience includes designing and setting question papers, creating effective assessments, and serving as a board examiner for S.S.L.C Science papers. She is also a certified Master Trainer for iPLSC from Edexcel, UK, reflecting her commitment to upholding international standards in education. Primary Coordinator & Head Administrator

• Syed Sanobar Fathima serves as the Head Administrator and Primary Coordinator at Mountcrest Academy, where she ensures the smooth functioning of all school operations and oversees a team of trained Early Childhood Education teachers. With over 11 years of experience in primary education, she has been an integral part of Mountcrest for the past 5 years, contributing 2 years in the administrative department and the last 3 years as Primary Coordinator.

• Before her tenure at Mountcrest, Sanobar gained valuable experience at Naaz Edu Talent and the Trillium Group of Institutions, where she led the Special Care Unit (SCU) as its Head. Her diverse expertise extends to managing the accounts department and effectively addressing parent concerns, reflecting her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
